Overview

Patrick Stubblefield is a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, athletes, and filmmakers on a broad range of business legal needs including business formation, business reorganizations, tax planning, real estate investments, M&A transactions, employment matters, contract drafting and negotiations, and intellectual property protection.


As a former Compliance Officer at a Power Five Conference, he has also maintained an active sports law practice advising athletes on a range of NCAA compliance matters and counseling NIL industry entrepreneurs on legal issues impacting intercollegiate athletics.   


Patrick takes great pride in helping his client’s dreams become reality, whether it’s launching a business, participating in intercollegiate athletics, or finishing a film. He understands the effort that it takes to get a dream across the finish line, and is always in his client’s corner pushing them toward success.  


When not in the office, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, playing soccer, and cheering on the Tottenham Hotspurs.
