Overview

Peter has over 34 years of experience representing clients as an Attorney and Investment Banker. Peter's professional practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, securities and corporate law and administrative representation in those areas. Peter's experience includes General Counsel, CFO and a founding principal of two software companies and an investment banking firm. He practiced with two global professional services firms, Ernst & Young and Deloitte, as well as the law firm of McLane Middleton in New Hampshire.  


Peter is an Attorney at Law licensed in Georgia, Massachusetts and New Hampshire, a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia and New Hampshire, and was a licensed securities principal holding the FINRA Series 22, 24, 28, 62 and 63 licenses. Peter holds an LL.M. from Emory University, a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina, and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.   


For over 2 decades, Peter has been counsel to and a board member of a local non-profit humane society. Peter is also a frequent lecturer on corporate, taxation and securities topics. Peter enjoys snow skiing, hiking, kayaking, cycling, yoga, and cooking. He is a member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America (Certified LIII Alpine & Telemark), the AMC 4,000 Footer Club, and an alumni member of the National Ski Patrol.
