Josh Freeman

Josh Freeman is a Founding Partner at Freeman Lovell. He specializes in strategic legal representation and consulting of businesses and real estate investors and developers in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, business formation, and tax structuring, and real estate legal structuring, contracts, deals, and transactions.

Josh has guided clients through virtually every predicament or challenge. As a result, he has assembled a deep knowledge of business and its legal obligations across a broad spectrum of business types.
