Overview
Over the past 25 years of practice, Brian has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil litigation, he has successfully tried a significant number of cases to a jury, and has argued before both the Utah Supreme Court and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Brian litigates complex commercial litigation, breach of contract, real estate, business disputes, product liability, and many other distinct areas of emphasis in both State and Federal Courts.
