Adrienne Langmo

Labor & Employment | General | Dispute Resolutions

Overview

Adrienne Langmo is an experienced labor and employment and dispute resolutions attorney who has helped both employers and employees resolve issues involving,

  • performance and conduct management
  • union matters
  • contract negotiations
  • allegations of discrimination
  • reasonable accommodations, and
  • leave, pay, and benefits claims

While she has handled these disputes all the way through the mediation, arbitration, and appeal processes, she is a strong believer in preventative action for employers, using training to educate teams on common, avoidable, legal pitfalls. To that end, she provides targeted training, in non-legalese, aimed at risk reduction for employers.

Before joining Freeman Lovell, Adrienne proudly served as a civilian attorney with the Department of the Navy’s Office of General Counsel, representing the United States Marine Corps in labor and employment law matters. She has also served as in-house counsel focusing on employment law and generalist matters for West Valley City and Utah Valley University. In addition, Adrienne spent nearly seven years clerking in the Utah Court of Appeals and Federal District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.

In her spare time, Adrienne enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her family and pets.
