Overview

Bradley Tilt is a seasoned and skillful litigator, who also emphasizes the importance of practical problem-solving. He represents clients in matters involving real property, contracts, commercial litigation, and related torts. He advocates for clients in both state and federal courts, arbitrations, mediations, and in administrative agency matters. Brad’s clients include local, national, and international parties, including individuals, businesses both small and large, insurance companies or their insureds, and banks and other lending industry institutions.

Brad ardently champions his clients’ interests in court and other formal proceedings, and has the experience and insight to pursue more efficient and amicable common-sense resolutions where those are possible. Brad also is committed to maintaining a high level of communication and collaboration with his clients. He takes the time to truly involve his clients, to incorporate their goals, concerns, values, business realities, and feedback, and to explain how their interests can be served by available options at every stage of the representation.

Brad has been an invited speaker on issues involving Utah real property law, Utah construction lien statutes, and on contract and tort law for business owners. He has presented at the Utah State Bar’s annual summer convention, various other continuing legal education events, construction trade group meetings, real estate industry continuing education classes, and business owner workshops. Brad was elected to serve as an officer of the Real Property Section of the Utah State Bar, where he served a four-year term on its executive committee, including ultimately as its Chairperson. For more than a decade, Brad has been consistently voted by Utah attorneys as one of Utah’s "Legal Elite" for an issue published annually by Utah Business Magazine, and has consistently appeared on the annual Thomson Reuters “Mountain States Super Lawyers" list.
