Paul Johnson

Overview

Paul Johnson is an experienced litigator having represented corporations, government entities, and individuals in both state and federal courts. Paul has experience in both civil and criminal law representing both plaintiffs and defendants and has successfully tried a significant number of trials before the bench. He has represented clients in a wide range of civil matters involving claims of breach of contract, breach of corporate duties, corporate dissolutions, tortious interference with economic relations, real estate litigation, theft of trade secrets, defamation, personal injury, as well as civil rights claims under §1983 of the U.S. Code.
